After some time, Pagez has finally returned to being fully online.
This is great news for anyone who has a Facebook audience from Facebook Pages, Groups or even following their own personal profile. We are very excited to be working with Pagez again.
To ensure better quality, they have also implemented some changes to help protect authors and users.
They have also introduced some Content Guidelines, which aren’t difficult to follow. They are actually pretty standard, here they are below:
Every article must adhere to our content guidelines. The general idea is that you must follow a combination of Facebook’s community standards and Google’s policies for Google Adsense.
Violation of these policies can result in deleted articles, continuous violation of these policies can result in being banned and earnings revoked.
We’ve broken down the general terms into these sections:
Copyright Infringement
Your articles cannot be copied from another source without permission. You can quote sections of the articles using the tools that we provide but you must add your own content to it as well and you should not copy the entire article. We will deny and/or remove articles that are found be copied or get reported.
Safety Concerns
Your articles cannot contain information that supports self-harming, direct threats to others, condones dangerous organizations, makes direct attacks on public figures, encourages criminal activity, or promotes the sale of regulated goods. Your articles will also be removed if they are deemed as bullying another person or promotes sexual violence and/or exploitation.
Hate Speech
Your articles cannot make attacks on a person or group of people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender/gender identity, or serious disabilities.
Adult Content
Photographs containing nudity are strictly prohibited. Descriptions that go into very explicit and specific detail will also likely be disallowed.
Violence
Images and videos that are very graphic will be disallowed. Articles promoting violence will likely be disallowed, especially if they are encouraging or celebrating a violent act.
In addition to the content guidelines, they are also now moderating all new articles submitted. They have also integrated with Copyscape to stop plagiarism as well as this was a challenge for many Pagez authors.
